Day 8


Today was great. We are in the home stretch now because we have now added lean protein (chicken/pork/fish, whole grain brown rice and 2 eggs a day! We got so used to just fruits and veggies our bellies can't fit all this other food. It was a nice change eating meat again. I love chicken. I'm going to the store today to buy some yummie fish. Stay tuned to see how it turned out.
